This fruit-driven rosé has a delicate and lingering perfume. It is dry, floral, full-flavoured and very delicious, with excellent body. Lovely as an aperitif as the weather starts to warm up and a perfect partner to a wide range of summer dishes and seafood.
Food pairing: aperitif, raw fish and oysters, light fish dishes.
